Individual answers and submission details
Results lists every response with its time and answers. Expand Submission details to see IP address, browser/OS user agent and referrer when supplied. Paid responses also show amount, provider and payment status. Deleting an individual response is permanent and recalculates relevant totals.
Conversion
Views, starts, completions and drop-off
The funnel separates people who opened the form, began interacting and completed submission. Conversion is completions divided by views; drop-off measures started visits that did not complete. The question breakdown identifies the furthest question reached by incomplete visitors.
Use the results to shorten difficult sections, clarify confusing help text and move essential questions earlier.

Response insights
After you confirm the processing notice, a limited sample of answers with obvious contact details removed is used to produce a summary, sentiment, key themes, findings and suggested actions. Refresh after new responses arrive. Do not use AI insights for sensitive forms, and treat the output as assistance rather than fact.

- Excel: formatted XLSX with headings and filters.
- PDF Summary: printable totals and question breakdowns.
- Individual Response PDF: one compact form-style response per starting page, with discussion notes.
The Export button appears once responses exist. Keep exported files secure because they may contain personal data.
