A form password must contain 8–128 characters. Visitors must enter it before viewing the form. You can replace it without revealing the old value or remove it entirely.

Save & Continue Later is off by default. When enabled, respondents can save incomplete answers without completing required questions. Gorilla Forms emails a secure return link that restores their progress for 30 days; the draft is removed after successful submission.

Accept responses

Opens at
Optional date and time before which the form remains closed.
Closes at
Optional automatic closing date and time. It must be later than Opens at.

Automatically closes after the specified number of submissions.

The form closes whenever any enabled restriction is reached.

Actions

Notifications and payment collection

Email every response sends each submission to the account email. Use Email automations instead when delivery depends on an answer or must go to another address.

Collect payment is available after configuring PayPal or Stripe and adding at least one Product field. Use an Order total so buyers can review the amount.
