Form Payments, Sharing, Embedding and QR Codes

Collect money into your own provider account and put each form in front of the right audience.

Payment provider

Set up PayPal

Open Payments, enter the primary email registered to the PayPal account, select PayPal and save. Payments travel from the buyer to that PayPal account; Gorilla Forms does not hold the funds.

Payment provider

Connect Stripe

Select Connect with Stripe and complete the hosted onboarding. If the status says more information is required, continue onboarding or refresh the connection. Once ready, select Stripe as the payment provider and save. Card payments are direct charges to the connected account.

Add products, quantities and totals

Add Product fields using one line per item in Name | Price format. Enable quantities where appropriate, add an Order total after the products, then enable Collect payment in Form settings. Submit a low-value test through the public route before advertising the form.

Provider fees apply. The account owner remains responsible for fulfilment, refunds, disputes and taxes.

Sharing

Public link, QR code and iframe

Publishing activates the public URL. The form QR designer offers printable layouts, high-contrast colours, editable call-to-action text and an optional account logo. Embed produces an iframe plus a small resizing script; paste both into a WordPress Custom HTML block or another site that permits HTML and scripts.

Pro and Enterprise also receive unlimited dynamic QR codes for any URL. Their destination can change without reprinting, and the same designer is available before printing or downloading. Analytics cover scans, estimated unique visitors, devices, browsers, operating systems, referrers and recent IP addresses, with obvious bots excluded from headline totals.
