Conditional visibility versus branching

Only show if controls whether an individual field appears. Logic & branching changes the next destination. Branching is available on Standard, Pro and Enterprise.

A route contains a source question, operator, comparison value, action, destination, priority and active state. It may go to a later question/page, show an ending or submit immediately. Routes are forward-only to prevent loops, lower priority numbers run first, and up to 100 routes can be stored per form.

The visual map shows the normal path, coloured branches and paused routes. Test every possible route in Preview and through the public form.

Quizzes

Correct answers, points and pass marks

Enable Quiz settings, choose a pass percentage and decide whether participants see the result. Scored types are Multiple choice, Dropdown, Yes / No and Star rating. For each, select the correct answer and assign 1–100 points. Leave Correct answer as Not scored to exclude a compatible question.

Quiz Results show average score, pass count, pass rate and highest score. Test one passing and one failing response before publication.

Email automation

Conditions, recipients and personalisation

Standard, Pro and Enterprise forms support up to 10 email rules. Run a rule for every response or match a particular answer with Equals, Does not equal, Contains or Is answered. Choice questions provide smart answer lists.

Send to the owner, a fixed address or the answer from an Email field. Add a subject and message, then personalise with {{form_title}}, {{response_id}} and {{answer:QUESTION_ID}}. Each saved rule reports sent, failed and last-sent activity.
