Getting started guide

Getting Started with Gorilla Forms

A practical route from registration to your first verified response.

Step 1

Create and verify your account

Register with an email address you can access. Open the verification email and follow its link before signing in. You will also be asked to accept the current Terms of Service before creating your first form.

Under Profile, add your name, organisation, website and postal address. These details identify the account and support accurate billing records. If you change the account email, use an address that can receive form notifications and service messages.

Step 2

Choose the right plan

Basic includes 2 forms and 1 Gorilla AI prompt per hour. Standard includes 5 forms, 2 AI prompts per hour, conversational display, branching, email automations and official UK lookups. Pro includes 10 forms, 4 AI prompts per hour, account-logo branding and tracked QR codes. Enterprise includes 50 forms, unlimited AI, branding and tracked QR codes.

Company, vehicle and food-hygiene lookups are available on Standard, Pro and Enterprise. Every plan includes unlimited responses, scored quizzes, standard display and conversion analytics. A new paid subscription starts with a 14-day trial when Stripe subscription billing is available.

Step 3

Build and test the first form

  1. From the dashboard, select Create a form.
  2. Start blank, use a template or generate an editable Gorilla AI draft.
  3. Add questions and save both question settings and form settings.
  4. Use Preview to test required questions, page changes, logic and totals.
  5. Publish, then submit one test through the public link.
  6. Open Results to confirm the response and any notification or payment status.

Step 4

Publish and share

Publishing activates the public URL. Share it directly, print the form QR code, or copy the responsive iframe code into a WordPress Custom HTML block. Unpublishing stops new public access without deleting the form or existing results.

Recommended before launch

Check the form on both a phone and desktop, verify the success message, and test any branch, conditional email or payment route.
