Starting points
Blank, template or Gorilla AI
Blank form
Use a blank form when the structure is unique or you want complete control from the first question. Add fields one at a time from the question picker.
Template library
Templates provide a prepared title, description and question set. Browse alphabetically by category, preview the content, then copy it into your account. Your copy is fully editable and does not change the original template.
Gorilla AI
Describe the purpose, audience and approximate length. Include requirements such as “five-star rating”, “Yes/No”, “matrix”, “scored quiz”, “three ticket products with quantities” or “show an order total”. The result is a draft: review every question, answer, score and price.
Builder workflow
Add, edit and arrange questions
Select Add question to choose from 21 field types. Each new field opens its editor. Set the question, help text, options and requirements, then save. Use the arrows for precise moves or drag cards to reorder them. Compatible answer fields can be dragged side-by-side and will stack on small screens.
Use Preview frequently. Preview is ideal for checking appearance; after publishing, also use the real public link for an end-to-end submission test.
Form structure
Design a clear respondent journey
- Start with simple, low-effort questions.
- Use Section headers to explain a new group of questions.
- Use Page breaks to divide long forms into manageable stages.
- Use concise help text only where respondents may hesitate.
- Ask only for information you genuinely need.
- Place Product fields before the Order total.
- Use conditional endings for genuinely different outcomes.
Form management
Clone, publish, unpublish and delete
Clone produces a new draft copy and counts toward your form allowance. Publish activates sharing actions. Unpublish keeps all content and results but closes the public form. Delete permanently removes the form and its response data after confirmation, so export any records you need first.
