Profile
Contact details and account logo
Profile stores your name, organisation, email, website and postal address. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP logo up to 5 MB. It can be saved on any plan and becomes visible on public forms and completion pages on Pro and Enterprise.
Subscription
Trial, billing and invoices
Billing shows the current plan, subscription state, trial or renewal date and cancellation state. New paid subscriptions receive a 14-day trial. Successful subscription payments produce a downloadable Stripe invoice; £0 trial invoices are not listed.
Manage or cancel the subscription through the Stripe billing portal when available. Subscription billing is separate from Stripe or PayPal money collected through forms.
Allowances
Form and Gorilla AI limits
Dashboard shows forms used against the account allowance. The AI limit is measured in prompts within an hourly window. Enterprise AI is unlimited. Admin can override both limits or assign a complimentary account at a selected plan level.
Data
Privacy and account deletion
Form owners must comply with applicable data-protection and other laws. Explain why data is collected, restrict collection to what is necessary and retain it only as long as required. Secure any exported response files.
The account owner can permanently delete the profile, forms, responses and uploads from Profile. Export needed information first; deletion cannot be undone. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the complete rules.
